Formula One 2025 begins in the early hours of Sunday morning as Lando Norris looks to make his mark in his search for a maiden world championship.

The McLaren man pushed Max Verstappen all the way last year but the dogged Red Bull ace saw off his challenger with relative comfort to take him his fourth successive title.

But in the early runnings, it appears that Verstappen won't have it his own way this time around, with McLaren the bookies' favourites to dominate.

The Papaya were the strongest in testing and Norris has hit the ground running in Melbourne, taking pole ahead of the Australian Grand Prix - with teammate Oscar Piastri hot on his heels.

But it's a marathon, not a sprint, and there'll be plenty of contenders vying for the throne across this 24-race slog, including a rejuvenated Lewis Hamilton - who is hoping for an Indian summer after signing for Ferrari.

So, what does the F1 calendar look like? Where will the stars be racing next? And how long is each race track? Mail Sport provides the full lowdown.
